We want to say “dank je” (thank you) to the Dutch for introducing us to the stroopwafel, a 19th-century treat featuring thin waffle cookies sandwiched together with a gooey caramel filling. A modern take on this classic, our coffee stroopwafel is infused with notes of espresso and a hint of sea salt for a rich, satisfying snack that can be enjoyed as is or warmed atop a hot beverage.
