Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Find your shipping confirmation email - Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a shipping confirmation email 
  2. Select "View order" - Inside of your email you will find a "View Order" button
  3. Select "Request Return" and fill out all of the information needed
  4. Wait for approval - once your return is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions
  5. Ship your items back to us using the shipping instructions given in the email
  6. Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

What Can Be Returned?

✓ Unused items in original condition
✓ Items with tags still attached
✓ Unwashed & unworn items

What Cannot Be Returned?

✗ All SALE items and SEASONAL items
✗ Opened or used products
✗ Items without original packaging

Return Shipping

Please include the original packing slip or a copy with a note for reason of return. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and all returns are done at the customers expense.

Need a different size or color? Contact us at kaylie@sheiyahmarket.com and we'll help you arrange an exchange.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
