Harvested in the Pacific Northwest, smoked in Kentucky. This rich, briny sea salt has aromatic, umami, and smoked oak flavor notes. Use to season meats, soups, stews, sauces, and veggies, or even for baking, desserts, and cocktails.
Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt is pure sea salt that has been solar evaporated and domestically harvested in the Pacific Northwest of the US. We slow-smoke the large crystals in small batches using staves from oak bourbon barrels.
