Bourbon Smoked Pepper is a quarter-cracked Malabar pepper slow-smoked using bourbon barrel staves. We use quarter-cracked pepper because it absorbs the smoke better. That allows in even more of the smoky flavor pulled from the repurposed oak bourbon barrels. Our Bourbon Smoked Pepper is sharp, biting, and packed with smoky flavor and aroma. Season your burgers, steaks, or favorite vegetables for a rich taste hard to find with any other pepper.
